Beautiful location, clean modern facilities, ideal for interim stay on skiing holiday...would like to return during the summer also...:)
Parking is a bit challenging...and check in is very slow and inflexible, suspect you need to update your systems (as you must know) its way below modern European standard

A convenient location for the lake and the music festival, clean and basic accommodation.
Didn't seem quite as nice or as big as it seemed in the pictures.

Location was quite central.
Would have been good to have had 2 toilets for a 3 bed roomed apartment. The kitchen linen and washing up liquids were non provided.

Large apartment with excellent cooking facilites for family. Good overnight stop on way to Tignes skiing.
Bunk beds very flimsy. We removed mattress from top bunk and put on floor for our daughter to sleep on.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better - just a minute's walk to the beautiful lake and right next to the entrance of the swimming pool and beach. It's also conveniently close to the waterfront and a short walk to the main shops and center of the city. The rooftop terrace, when the sun shines, is absolutely amazing and the perfect centerpiece of this cozy little apartment. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the kitchen and bathroom, were nice and had everything we needed. In the morning, the continental breakfast provided in the reception area was delicious with fresh croissants and good bread.
Everything was just fine, no improvements necessary.

Aix-les-Bains is a very nice place to holiday. Our apartment was good - it was roomy - and we stayed a lot on the balcony in the warm evenings. It was possible to make breakfast in the kitchen. The hotel-breakfast was not worth 8,5 Euro.
There was no ventilation in the bathroom and at the toilet - not so pleasant. There was some noice in the night - from either 2 cats or partying people.

kitchen facilities, lot of space in the apartment, nice terrace
the fan in the toilet and bathroom didn't function and that was considered normal by the receptionist...

Interesting lakeside and town nearby. Macdonalds is 5 mins walk towards the main road, if that's your thing.
The main restaurants are a 15 - 20 min walk away (to the North).

Great to be able to self cater in such a beautiful location near the lake as well as within a stone's throw of the lido - perfect if you are a triathlete/swimmer/runner.
The reception is only open at specified times and so if you have a problem it doesn't open again until after 5pm and the number you can call for help only puts you in touch with an office in Lyon - miles away - and they aren't especially helpful! Their booking system is also not foolproof and having booked an appt for 6 I was allocated two studio flats - not great for a family with two adults and a child! All sorted in the end but only after staying one night in the studios and then them kicking someone else out of a 6, giving it to us, and putting them in the studios. Having said all that - great place, great location and would stay again!

I thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. Location: the hotel was near to next to aqualac with tobogans, out door at Aix les bains and the lake and mountains. I tried some drinks at gastropub Mamie Jane, located 5 minutes walk away...
